The only downside with Seattle would be the shitty social life when compared to New York. ( I’ve lived at both places) But if that’s not an issue for you go for MSFT

Disregarding living situation, Microsoft is probably the better job. Still...hard to generalize between companies of this size. That said: do you have a family (i.e. need or want a single family home)? Are you absurdly obsessed with the outdoors? Seattle. Are you young and/or single and don't mind living in a studio? NYC by a country mile.
