Microsoft TPM interview tips & Moving from AWS to Microsoft

Hi friends! I have an upcoming interview for a Senior TPM position at Microsoft. The position is specifically with Azure team - CO+I data center. Do you have any tips or advices for phone interview with a hiring manager? What things do I need to prepare? Does Microsoft have any leadership principles? What technical aspects should I be prepared. Also what is the salary expectation for Microsoft senior TPM position? I am currently L5 TPM at Amazon and working toward my promo - will happen within 6 months or so based on my managers feedback. I am not sure if this is a good time to move now or would you recommend to wait? Please let me know and help me out here!
