Microsoft UST Commerce And Ecosystems

Have an interview event for commerce and ecosystems team which I think was UST in the past? They have a bad rep from the posts I could find on blind. Would it be worth it to join the team even if it's bad to have msft on my resume? What makes it bad? Is it wlb/tech/coworkers? Anyone have more experience with this team?

It doesnt matter with the reputation. Just try to get a decent offer firstly.

Avoid anything in Commerce and Ecosystem. Terrible org.
