Had applied almost 2 months back and haven't heard from any recruiter. No progress on the application whatsoever. It is for a graduate PM position. Is anyone in the same situation. Tried contacting recruiters on LinkedIn. The non-university recruiters said they can't hire for 12 months post graduation. University recruiters don't even accept the connection requests. Kind of stuck here. Any help would be great!
I got a call after around 2 months
Wow...when did you apply? Which month?
August
I believe they have very very limited spots for PM available, so it’s very possible that those are all filled. :( However, since you haven’t received a rejection, keep your fingers crossed. Trying to find out who your regional/university recruiter is and contacting them directly may help your case a bit. :)
Nice..I hope i get a call...:)
Hey man, I also applied to many MS roles as a university candidate. All of the roles I applied for took 2+ months, and I did not hear back from anyone until a random e-mail came in. I think at this point for you, just gotta be patient and apply to other roles. There's unfortunately nothing you can really do at this point until you've been reached out to by a recruiter.
Thanks! I tried but the other recruiters said they can't do anything about it for the next 12 months as my profile falls under university recruitment
We're doing campus recruiting again but next year. But our programs are really geared towards those looking to become senior leaders and executives rather than technical contributors. It's called DTLP (digital technology leadership program).
For Microsoft?

Why do Indians support Israel so much( on blind surprisingly) when Israel really thinks 💩of them ?
The way Microsoft University recruiting works in my opinion, they call back only a limited subset of applicants based on whatever criteria they chose to use, and the applicants in that limited subset have a decent to good chance to get in. So until you get a callback I would recommend you don't bother yourself with it.
Is there a possibility of getting a callback after 2 months of application.
Yes.
