Microsoft University graduate

I have applied to a university grad job role in November, hiring process started and interviews for the same were conducted to some of the applicants and I didn't get the interview nor the rejection and the job role is showing "in review". Now the same job id has reopened for the applications. But I can't apply because it will show already applied. Is is suggested to delete the application and re-apply now?
