I would say not much difference although Microsoft is known to have slightly lower higher bar at lower levels.

For new grads probably Microsoft, for higher levels I would say Amazon.
i disagree msft is lame asf and slow as hell. Nordy filled with ex-msft mediocre engineers including myself π₯³π₯³
