Applied to around 30 jobs through careers website but no call from hr ? Don’t really understand the reason. Even went through multiple referrals. I am into both Fullstack development and project management. Exp: 17 yrs TC: 150K

Microsoft doesnt hire from referrals at all, and most jobs posted externally are also posted internally and have dozens of applicants within hours of being posted. You are essentially trying to run into an overcrowded burning house. You would have did better trying to get in 10 years ago. Stick with UBS

Microsoft recruiting is dysfunctional, nothing you can do about it. Microsoft is one of the companies you do need luck to get into. And nowadays, ironically, a lot of luck.
