Microsoft couple counseling
I have heard that Microsoft covers 8 counseling sessions for couples per year. Can someone help me with how to use this service? Couple counseling has become urgent, if not too late ๐๐

Itโs important to find a therapist you both like. You can go anywhere and get reimbursed. If out of network, they cover 70% I think. Check hrweb and the benefits portal.

Do you know how I can find one? I have called several of them from Gottman institute, but none of them responded. I donโt think my husband would come, so I have to try a few by myself

Referrals from friends are the best. As long as you donโt expect those friends to be something you need to talk about in therapy. The Gottman stuff didnโt work very well for us.
There is a helpline just call them and they will schedule.
