This is what happens when you try to please employees and lure new hires by allowing WFH. Rewind the time machine back pre-covid none of this would occur. Imagine if they got all staff back in the office, more staff can access more resources and barge into offices and labs onsite and none of this Teams, scheduling remote style. You can personally go bother a person right away to get the job done.
