Stay away from Kaiser/Group Health unless you are very young and don't anticipate any health problems.
Why?
If you need care it is much easier to obtain when you are not in an HMO because you don't have to go through a gatekeeper. My brother died in his 30's when he was with Kaiser - he could not receive timely care for epilepsy.
