How can I get a job at Microsoft as a new grad? I went to a really small university so recruiter doesn't look at my profile. I am told that referrals also don't work. Wht to do π€?

I went to a small uni even by the standards of midwest. I have lined up interviews at Amazon, Bloomberg and Dropbox, but Microsoft always seem to elude me. What should I do? Should I message all microsoft recruiter on Linkedin?
No, there's likely a recruiter assigned to your region. Find that recruiter.
Just my personal opinion but I donβt think MSFT is a good place for new grads. I ended up turning down their offer. Go there to rest and vest when youβre older.
Which are good places acc. to you? Fb rejected me without an interview π

Work for a yr or two for some other companies. And recruiters might ping you.
But I want to work there now. Also, I have onsite with Amazon soon. How much relocation bonus do they really give?
