Microsoft immigration email
Hi all, I recently interviewed with Microsoft. This morning I received an automated email from the immigration team to upload documents and answer a questionnaire. I haven't been informed of the interview results yet. I have emailed my recruiter asking if a decision has been made yet. Is it normal to get an immigration email before the decision email? Or is it a good sign that they sent the email because I have been moved ahead in the process? Any insights on this would be helpful. Thank you. #microsoft #immigration
No it’s normal, i gave msft 2 times 1st rime rejected and second time selected both times i got this immigration email b4 results

How long did it take to receive the email after onsite?
I had my interview recently too and have gotten multiple back and forth emails regarding the same while keeping the recruiters in the loop because I was trying to push for H1-B for the next year. Today I got an email stating that the team is not able to make a commitment until there is some restructuring down the road. I am being told that my profile will be shared with other hiring managers. I am really confused on how to proceed and what to expect ?
