Microsoft internal transfer
Hi, How long does the entire process take to go through L1 transfer from Hyderabad to Seattle in Microsoft? Starting from interview preparation, identifying teams/jobs to getting an offer? I'm SDE at Level 62. Can you please share some general tips on Do's/Don't to be observed? Thanks,
Typically 2-3 weeks to prepare. Getting an offer depends a lot on how flexible u are on the profile and how good your connects are. More flexible you are more options you will get. Interview loop generally finishes in 1 week.1 week for offer. 2 months for visa. So typically 3-4 months. But again it depends how well you are prepared for the interviews. I have seen ppl spend 6-7 month just to clear interviews.
What should we prepare for interviews apart from leetcooding?

I have heard that most managers prefer only L63 and up for international candidates. Not sure how true that is.
WTF? Are they supposed to respond to every application? You hear back if they find your resume a good fit.
