Microsoft interview feedback
I interviewed almost 2 weeks ago at Microsoft for a customer success engineering. The recruiter has emailed a few times saying still waiting. On the action center I am still in “interview scheduled” phase. Is this normal? Is it possible that I will get an offer? TC 140
Also in the same boat. They said with the holiday weekend it would take them a little time to wrap up other interviews before hopefully moving on to the as appropriate interview. Fingers crossed.

Just to add to this, just interviewed for a L64 Customer Engineer , recruiter told me I’m in their hire pile but things might be delayed due to hear end and lots of people still recovering from the 4th of July holiday. Guess many people were out, recruiter said it was ghost town .
At least the recruiter was contacting you and letting you know what was going on. I emailed the recruiter I was working with and called. She was really bad at responding
Yea I would say the recruitment process was pretty smooth. Then year end happened at MSFT and now it seems like a train wreck there
