People in the tech world should know that this is the raw reality of Microsoft. A few days ago, I glimpsed one of the most hateful individuals I have ever encountered in my life....during her lunch...probably spreading more hate in her wake. Some time ago, the horrific behavior of this person and her three companions caused long-lasting emotional damage to numerous people and their families, leaving them with physical and mental health issues that will never heal. What shocked me the most was that their hateful actions were condoned, and even facilitated to full extent by the human resources office and rewarded with promotions and bonuses. These are the new managers at this company - the bullies, the racists, and the hateful. With the full support of the HR manager, these individuals attacked the integrity of senior co-workers, intentionally and completely ruining their lives simply because they were from a different country. The most disgusting fact, however, is the audacity of the company's leadership, who publicly professes their commitment to integrity, safety, respect, and mental health. As I watched her finish her meal, I felt a sickening sensation in my stomach, realizing that people like her exist and pondering the potential impact of such hate on society when their future children will follow in their hateful steps full of malice #microsoft #discrimination #peace #technology #leadership #mentalhealth

Give the details and context. If you just rant it sounds like its only your perception not the reality.
A discrimination concern was raised (exclusion from meetings, working in specific siloes which excluded certain people etc); the manager ganged up with her girlfriends to retaliate so she wasn't losing face. Not having anything to pick on, they cowardly attacked the integrity of the people involved, and of course, HR, which is a mirror reflection of her girlfriends (in all aspects, even hair color, gender, race, and birthplace), sided with her ... of course. It made no difference the lack of evidence, witnesses etc when you are a second class citizen, you go through the show trial and then sent to the Gulag. **Forgot to mention that after raising the issue I personally left the team to a completely different division, and they still decided to pursue the hate attack. You have the 'inferiors' and then the untouchables, first-class citizens. What do you want me to share, the medical records that reflect severe mental distress caused by this, the names of the bigots involved ?? would make no difference, the irreversible damage is done, and the culprits will never be punished as they hide under the ideological structure of the company.
OP, how about explaining what exactly happened? Someone felt excluded and raised a complaint. What happened after that? How were they "physically" and emotionally harmed? How did they attack the integrity of the numerous people?
Microsoft is only good at PR, but in reality worse than amazon, google or Apple. Worst company ever. HR actually provided training to performance manage directs “the right way..”. If any direct disagree or you have to do something unethical, Just say “assume positive intent.”
