Microsoft level 63 and 64 compensation bands in Seattle
Does anyone have any recent numbers for the above? Yoe: 8 Tc: 290k SDE3 at AWS Seattle
The last 63 offer that someone shared with me was from December 2018 and that was ~250k TC. As SDE3, you should aim for 65. That's the only way you will get a significant jump from your current Amazon TC.

Last summer if you did average (hit 100% target) for 63 with the SSA regular devs got at least $265k that year not including previous vests. And our stock has gone up since.
I've seen offers up to 350k for new L64s and up 310k for new L63s. You might hit a cliff in your compensation (much like Amazon) after 4 years but it's not difficult to hit those numbers. I make over 280k at 63 right now. I've got SSAs like other SDEs and MSFT stock growth has been amazing.

No worries. You've got a good shot getting great comp coming from Amazon. Folks get low balled when they come from no name companies or do really badly in interviews. All the best!
