Microsoft offer audit held.

Got Microsoft verbal offer 4 weeks back but they didn't send me official offer letter though. When ever I try to call recruiter..I get same response saying ..offer is at last stage of audit..will send you once that is done. It been a month ..since the verbal offer. Wondering if any one are in same boat or may be any suggestions .
