Here's how my 63 negotiation went. Currently I am 64.. YOE 15, At that time $140k TC at prior company. Microsoft offered 61, 125k , 10k and 10k stood my ground to 63 and 200k TC for 7 months. Microsoft increased base from 125 to 165. 50k stocks and 45k sign on.
If you are currently contractor at Microsoft, then I would suggest to accept things as is. Provides you lot room to grow in stack ranking.

Need level to say if it's a great comp or not. Seems like L63 offer and it's okay comp. Not too high not too low. Ask for more joining bonus and stock. Your total comp comes to be around: 160K + 24K (15% bonus) + 50K (RSU) + 16K(Avg Stock refresher) TC = 250K Edit: I was assuming this was SDE comp. Not sure if this is good or bad for "Account Management"

You can ask for more! And be ready to walk out. But do a great sales pitch that I really liked the team, etc. The other thing is to have competing offer. Give aws interview in a week and they should give offer immediately if cleared. Use that to negotiate here with MS! If not then take aws offer.
