Microsoft offer location confusion
I'm currently at team matching stage. I had specifically told during the interview process several times that I'm looking for a position in Bangalore, but now managers from hyderabad team are conducting discussion sessions with me. I only want bangalore and they've conducted sessions with 2 teams, both in Hyderabad
Teams are open now a days. You can work from Bangalore office even when the entire team is in Hyd. And most of the teams have the presence in both the cities
I had a discussion with manager today, he said I'll need to move to Hyd to join his team, otherwise opt for some other team
Which team is this?
As far as i know microsoft had team specific interviews. Never heard of team matching thing 🤷🏻♂️
