If a person leaves Microsoft at 55 years old after having worked for more than 15 years, would the person continue getting stocks vested regardless what he/she/they does after leaving Microsoft? Or in order to qualify as retirement, does it requires the person not not working at other places?
Yes, granted the 15 years were continuous (can’t count previous years if a re-hire).
