Microsoft strong consideration email
Hello Folks, Friend got a email from Microsoft recruiter after long weekend saying that he talked with the hiring manager and he is in strong consideration. He will update tomorrow! Interview finished on Thursday last weekend. Got to know internally that they have interviewed couple of people before his interview. Does this mean he got the position or is he being ghosted? I know waiting till tomorrow would give more details but you know the excitement š

Getting into Microsoft is not even an achievement. I have hired so many randos it's not even funny. Your friend and his grandma will get in, not to worry
I cannot for the life of me get an interview for Microsoft even though I have interviewed and gotten offers from multiple fangs..
Polite way of saying expect a rejection soon.
