Stocks - 50 shares (usual Amazon vesting schedule)
is it worth it, considering no HSA / useless 401k and no annual bonus ?
Chances of getting to L5 in a year if good work ?
When you get promoted internally, don’t look for a higher bump since you are already going to be top of the band.
L4 to L5 is doable in a year for industry hires. Obviously depends on manager and team but definitely doable.
