Microsoft to LinkedIn stock?
I have vested 3/4 of my Microsoft’s original offer stocks and am considering to LinkedIn. Does anyone know if LinkedIn will be granting stock for the next 4 years or not since it’s an internal move? PS: I know I will have to do a full loop interview, but within MS it’s still considered an internal move so just to clarify TC: 230k YOE: 3

Yep. New Tc. Your M Tc is as good as any external candidate’s previous / current Tc.
Can you go between the two via internal move ? I recall you need to go though external interview process.
