If youâre okay with zero WLB, try for Tesla - you will learn a lot. If you want some aspect of a personal life, take one of these opps. Partner currently works at Tesla and itâs rough on our relationship, though heâs getting great exposure and loves the work. Seems like he sees it as more of a short-term experience for his next big jump up because of the really poor WLB. Kind of the suffer now to gain later mindset.

Why Facebook has most of the votes ? Facebook does seem more unethical than other companies, as there are numerous allegations for the misuse of customer data. Also, a lot of people don't see Facebook successful in long term, and it's not that difficult to replace it, unlike Amazon and Microsoft, which would be tech leaders even years from now
Its Blind. Inherent "hate" towards Amazon regardless if their opinion is based on personal experience or not. Its just herd mentality and trolling, along with brand "prestige" elitists.

Microsoft & Amazon are tier 2 companies. FB as much as I dislike it is considered a Tier 1 company. For your level and your career phase, there is no question. Go to FB. Have a tier 1 company on your resume.

Practically no one goes from Facebook to Microsoft. Facebook is known to have a high bar for talent too. Makes you more valuable to Tesla if that is your goal

Then why you're at Roblox ? I don't think anyone should belittle the value of hardwork one has put to get into any company. There are tons of hardworking people at Amazon. And you should know that it takes a very talented group of people to serve billions of people in the world with fastest shipping, and also serve thousands of enterprises with AWS cloud solutions.
