I’m new grad, 0 YOE besides internships. I’m still waiting for the exact numbers from DoorDash but it’s for backend SWE (I’m estimating that it’s 140k base and 188k stock/4 years). Microsoft offer (Azure networking) is fully remote 127.9k base, 100k stock/4 years, 25k sign on. I’m being told to just go for Microsoft due to the name and full remote but I’ve heard some bad things about Azure networking. Which is better in your opinion? #offer #microsoft #doordash #swe #salarycomparison #tech #azure

I know it's not right place. But, Can I DM you for referrals?
Keep interviewing IMO, but the bigger question is whether you want to be doing systems programming vs. webdev.
Rare moment where Blind doesn't just vote the higher TC. Either way seems risky to keep interviewing when you have two solid offers as a new grad.
What’s the hate on Doordash ?
As someone who works in AzNet defs recommend going to DoorDash or keep interviewing. AzNet WLB is nonexistent
Cannot go wrong with either one for first job. However my advice is also check how long it takes to sde2 level and salary range of that level then compare
