Microsoft vs Google vs Amazon vs Facebook
Hi, I'm unhappy with my pay in Microsoft. But I like the wlb. I want to move to one of Facebook, Google Amazon. Which of these three have a better and may be little less wlb than Microsoft? Basically, I'm looking for something with better pay but not as much work pressure, although more work than at Microsoft.
Amazon has good pay, bad wlb Facebook has really good pay, pressure for making an impact Google has good pay and good wlb but as people say, growth is slow. There are trade offs everywhere. It’s up to you to decide what values you want.

Amazon WLB depends totally on org/team. Probably same at the other two.
Yea, but the good teams usually have bad WLB. I wouldn't advise him for Amazon. With what he wants Google is his best bet.
All of them suck. Infosys and TCS are better 😂
Or go somewhere else, with better pay and good wlb ;)
Why not just approach your manager and ask to work less and get paid more?
This has been said before. Google pays more for less work Facebook pays more for more work Microsoft pays less for less work Amazon pays less for more work.
Stay where you are, get promoted...
