Go to pins. If it's ML related work, even better. Come to Msft as L65 later with onhire stock. Or try for G L6.
Second this. ML is growing exponentially in PINS. Tons and tons of opportunity in ML
WTF.. will you really not mention the gigantic difference in equity compensation? L65 at Microsoft makes usually 300-350k total comp (and you're not even there yet). A pins offer would be north of 500k for L6
