Microsoft vs Spotify - engineering manager role

Hello, I am trying to decide between two offers one from Microsoft and the other from Spotify. Microsoft Level 65 engineering manager role, in One drive Sharepoint team. Spotify Level2 engineering manager in data analytics and data science team related to audio advertising. I know very little about Spotify and got no friends there. I am a former Microsoft employee, so sort of aware of Microsoft and got some supporting network. If I consider Pay, Microsoft is a clear win. Pay is not the biggest criteria for me, an interesting role where I can learn and grow is more valuable to me. Can someone share perspective on which one might be a better opportunity and why.
