Around 8 years ago, he also said Microsoft reach X billion devices (forget the specific number). But it’s not mentioned after a few years.
It was 1 billion devices running Windows 10 and it happened two years late, mainly due to the collapse of Windows Phone.
Current revenue is already $208B, this seems easily doable.
Should have just said a trillion. 8 years is far enough out that everybody will forget by then anyway.
