Medidata TAM (NY NJ)
Hi, just finishing up interviewing with Medidata Solutions for a TAM role. Optimistic they’ll make an offer. Updated: Wanted to know more about the company in terms of culture, growth, wlb, and any other insight that typically isn’t discussed during the interview process. Good place to work?

I have a friend who works there. He likes it enough. Idk what a TAM is, but he's an engineering manager. I think he should swing for a FAANG but whatever.
How are we supposed to know about the role? Maybe research before interviewing? Doubt you got the job if you make those assumptions on things.
Good point and sorry, I meant insight regarding work life balance. Behind the scenes stuff, the crap they don’t tell you about during the interview process
