I got a call from Office Depot and was wondering if anyone is aware how the work culture is? TC: $250k

Depends on a team you land on. Lots of former Amazon folks in leadership positions, including CTO and CIO.
Yeah definitely depends on the team. I've worked on 2 teams over the past 3y and I absolutely love the work culture (cool managers, everyones team oriented & gets along, etc) and the future projects are pretty exciting. Tech stacks are generally new and updated unless you're stuck working on a legacy system. Might wanna discuss the TC beforehand tho. It's a Florida company so not sure how willing they are to match your TC. Then again, as the person before me mentioned, there are hella people from Amazon there these days so maybe they've started to up the pay
