Mobility within Facebook

How feasible is it to change teams within Facebook? Essentially from a non-technical team to another non-technical team; for example Partnerships to Product Marketing. Just got an an offer and curious to see if I can have a chance try a different function in about 18-24 months if I take the offer. The offer is for what I'm told should be a "level 4/5"
