Mom's FB account hacked
Hi friends I hate seeing my mom this sad. Her only form of entertainment has been FB and I have tried contacting FB since it happened (last night) and we haven't received anything. Does anyone know other methods to recuperate a hacked account? I've submitted forms from the FB contact page, but since I personally don't have FB I can't find other effective ways All help is appreciated, don't want my mom to develop depression after losing so many years worth of memories. I will make sure to back up all the photos. Thank you ๐
Reach out to FB recruiter and ask for a interview. Once you get in, unblock your momโs account Process usually take 2 3 weeks though

You need to find a friend, who already work at Meta. They would fill the internal form and youโll able to restore access

Itโs extremely easy to avoid getting hacked
If you can find someone at Meta willing to help they can submit an internal ticket that fast tracks the resolution

If it's that important then buy an FB product like their ar vision glasses. That gives you premium support.
Just make her a new account and start over
How about you lose your bank account or investment account and someone says it's ok to start over. It's about memories not about losing an account.
As if losing your money is the same as losing a few pictures that you have copies of on your phone. Lol
