Monday jitters and anxiety
Week about to start and Iโm already panicking and anxious. Nothing lined up but I wanna quit right now. How is the job market ? Please help ๐๐ป
why do you really hate this job? Any specific reason?
WLB sucks, manager is people pleaser never pushes back on adding more to the plate, deadlines are crazy, on top of that manager is a micromanager, only their way is perfect way to solve problems, no time or freedom to do something new or learn something new on the job. And with 0 WLB -late night, early morning meetings with offshore teams and family responsibilities there is no time or energy left to left to invest into learning ๐ฃ
Job market is tough. Base your decision on if you can be unemployed for up to a year. โ๏ธ
