RIP Gordon Moore. Strangely enough, a lot of us did not even know he was still alive. It's a law that a lot of folks remember not just while studying semiconductors but also while being in the industry. Curious to hear thoughts- In this rat's race do we really don't give a rat about the human side- remembering, asking or connecting with pioneers even if they are not the most popular ones now. P.S- Wish Intel was at a better stage in today's world for the sake of innovation & leadership. #tech #intel
RIP
Everyone is forgotten and there’s nothing to feel sad about. If Moore’s law was coming up with more laws, people would know that he’s still around. RIP
People made a huge fuss about Steve Jobs's death, books, movies, countless media pieces. Barely a whimper for the man who basically gave Silicon Valley it's name.
Because he wasn’t a sociopath. We worship sociopaths like Jobs.
Sadly Moore’s law is obsolete now…
We only care about TC Moore's Law here, folks.
Sky is the limit.🙂
Nature of media.. moore was never in marketing his own law.. whereas steve was a marketing person and front face of apple .. hence he got all the attention and moore goes away silently
Sadly in this TC driven world no one gives a damn.
Totally get the TC part & it's need for all of us. But wish we could have a balance.
OP, they are politely saying TC or GTFO
