More layoffs at Micron?

Heard the news that China banned Micron. Micron generates a quarter of its revenue from China. China will probably replace Micron with either YMTC or SK Hynix or Samsung. Of course the US cannot force its allies to buy memory from Micron so Micron's lost share is unlikely to be recuperated. Layoff seems inevitable to keep operating margins the same else the activist investors strike.
