Morgan Stanley Associate compensation
Got an offer for an Associate level position for data analytics and product mgmt. Offer is for $120k, $15k bonus. Is this a good offer? Not familiar with their salary bands. YOE: 4

For Associate, that’s pretty solid. Is this data analytics as in the Analytics and Data dept in the WM side?
Investment Management side, not sure if that makes a difference!
120 is the better end of the range for an associate. I view the associate band (all divisions) as 90-135k but always outliers exist. That’s every position at the company - bonus differs by group - IBD getting ~100% of salary in bonus, and then other groups getting 5-25% - could be anywhere
Gotcha! At 4 YOE, could I possibly aim for a senior associate title? Would that up my salary band
FYI- at MS level up from associate is Director. Associate seems right for 4 YOE and generally the title will be set with the job req but you can always try to negotiate up.
