Morningstar Chicago - Full stack software engineer Interview process and questions?

Hey all, I'm a junior developer with Just barely 2 YOE being mostly a backend Java Spring Developer, quitting from Chase a few months ago for mental health reasons. Just did my 1st interview today with a DIRECTOR OF SOFTWARE ENGINEERING for a screening call, and i'll shortly be sent a technical online assessment. Then if I make it past that, they said the 3rd round would be an onsite with 3 seperate developers with Java-Spring knowledge, frontend knowledge, and system design questions. From that Ive heard from all other employees, this isn't their typical hiring process for junior developers, so that does worry me a bit... Has anyone been through their interview process before?
