What is the lowest mortgage rate you got? I know it depends on multiple factors, lets just provide some relevant facts to compare. Please reply in following format: Bank / FICO score / Tenure of loan / Rate / Down payment percentage I am getting: Bofa / 760 / 15 years / 2.875 / 15%
First Republic / 780 / 30 / 3.1 / 20%. Probably lower now, that was a few months ago
3.1 for 30yr is extremely low. Agent referral?
