Since the market is back, it is safe to say that we are back to pre-covid era. What are prestigious companies You can choose multiple. Microsoft is not even on the level of any of these other companies on this list
why do you say so
Microsoft is shot. Either you work in a high stress team/product with a bad manager and are underpaid or you work on a good wlb team that does nothing with poor engineering quality and everyone is unresponsive. Morale is at a low and leadership doesn’t seem to care, they even are hoping people get so fed up that they leave on their own.
It's an insult to God, Country, and Albertsons that Albertsons is lumped in with these lesser companies.

A lot. This might not be very close to the actual median for SWE, but they definitely pay a good amount.
