Move for offer or stay
Worked at with Cisco in NC for about 6 years and was underpaid with promises for a promotion for years ( G6 at TC 90 who replaced a G10 and G11, eventually got g8 TC 130). After getting tired of waiting for promised promotion to 10, I was asked to get other offers in order to get the ball rolling. Wound up getting TC offer of 230 y1 and 260 y2-4 offer at AMZN. Now Cisco wants to counter around TC200. Should I stay or move to Amazon for similar role in CO. Own home in NC but Amazon job seems like better career growth.
Doubling your salary and AMZN stocks are low rn, but eventually will go back up, always do, your TC will be higher in 2 years. Only risk is being laid off in Q1 or Q2. Rolling the dice on this one. If you can, leave on a good note and keep your references handy.
Amazon for better growth in comp. You will see 200k at CISCO for the next 5 years... Keep in mind the team at amazon and if subject to layoffs. Be ready to work if you are coasting at CISCO

I’d move, they’re not matching Amazon’s offer and they’ll remember that you were leaving and only stayed because they offered you more $$
Even if they don't hold a grudge, OP's higher TC will almost certainly be taken into account next time raises happen. "You're already in the top Xth percentile, so we can't give you a raise this time."
Dang @LinkedIn. That helped put things into perspective. Just graduated and was wondering if I’d get a raise next year after renegotiating twice for higher offer. Don’t know if they have wiggle room for me after giving me a higher offer
