I have spent about 15 years with Consulting firms (mostly with Accenture and then Cap) and performed various roles from programmer, lead, Project Manager, Release Manager etc. My current title is Senior Manager. In my recent years I contributed towards standing up a digital practice around Intelligent Automation topics. I want to transition over to FAANG. I feel confident about leading workstreams but I have not coded personally in 3-4 years. I also understand that I might have to settle for a junior role. Is going through leetcode a must for me? What would be the best strategy for someone like to me to transition over to FAANG? Thank you for your time and I really appreciate any inputs! #tech #faang

You can shoot for manager roles, Product manager, technical program manager, engineering manager. EM may have 1 round of coding interview but much less than SDE.
Thank you. So can I assume no coding interview for a PM, TPM role?
Most of them yes. You can always check with your recruiter about interview format.
