Moving from Cisco collab to Zoom or RingCentral - Tech Sales Architect

So, over the last year lots of my TSA colleagues left for ZOOM and RingCentral. I am also thinking of moving after 15 years at Cisco. Gr 11, TC 210k. What type of compensation package should i be looking at?
