I’ve done a lot research, know how to get leads and want to spend my time building a business. 1. What’s your personal experience going from a salary men to a business owner ? 2. How long did it take you to get a similar comp that you used to have in your previous job ? I see a lot of posts about people being homeless or without jobs but not that many about people who proactively resigned their job to build their business TC : 200k #business
I know someone who owned 3 restaurants. Took just about 8 years for them to see any profits, in the meantime the owner was a lawyer and his wife a useless admin at a school.
Damn the restaurant grind seams like a lot
I was there for 5 years. It's not something I'd consider worth doing unless you have a few million up front that you're okay with losing.
I’m taking about old style business not the startup VC bs.
Start it on the side and get some sales and deliver the work. You will have a much better idea of what is involved. Don't quit your job until you have real traction.
What service?
What makes you think you can sell? Banks, investors, customers, employees?
I’ve gotten leads, and closed deals to SMB
For a different company to test the waters
Hit me up on this: I also have some ideas but not ready to take the jump.
Will dm!
