Considering a move to a PM role from a non-technical role (though I do have a CS education). What are the critical things one should do/aim to achieve in the first 30/60/90 days of being a PM? I’d also be interested to hear from SEs about positive/negative experiences they’ve had with PMs and what you believe sets great PMs apart from the rest?
