How's life at brocade? Pay good?Promotions good? Work good?

In my view is brocade are making all the right moves in the software networking / SDN space. Acquiring good technology ,incentivizing sales team to sell software and lots of new head count in this space. It's great being on this side of the business here. No negative comments on work life or pay yet
