Culture is somewhere close to mental harassment. Join this company: 1. If you’re fine with being neglected and ignored every time during appraisals only for doing your work efficiently but no boot licking. 2. If you’re fine working at a place with limited desk and parking space. 3. If you’re fine with working in a company with zero product vision and only lies. P.S: If you were to consider my advice, I would strongly recommend you to consider other offers if you’ve any even if the compensation is a bit less.
This ^. Unless they are paying you boat loads of money over other offers, don't join. Its not worth it.
