Msft L64 non- tech supply chain senior manager (112k- 218k base range in job posting)

Hi All, Received the following offer today for a non tech supply chain role at MSFT. It's for the CO+I team. The base range mentioned in the role posting was 112k-218k. Base 175k RSU 100k for 4 years Bonus 30% (15% realistic) Sign on - 15k for 2 years- 7.5k per year Location - Seattle Yoe- 9 I am disappointed and feel it's a low ball offer, especially on RSU and sign on bonus aspect. Thoughts from the community? Any ideas for negotiation counters? Current TC- literally peanuts🥜
