Hi All, Received the following offer today for a non tech supply chain role at MSFT. It's for the CO+I team. The base range mentioned in the role posting was 112k-218k. Base 175k RSU 100k for 4 years Bonus 30% (15% realistic) Sign on - 15k for 2 years- 7.5k per year I am disappointed and feel it's a low ball offer, especially on RSU and sign on bonus aspect. Thoughts from the community? Any ideas for negotiation counters? Current TC- literally peanuts🥜
non-tech senior manager only makes 225k at MSFT???
What's your background? I am in aws and have very relevant job experience for msft supply chain roles but not getting any calls
Isn’t that a decent offer ?
Not based on some of the other offers I went through on blind. However, some of them were software engineer positions. Also, I checked the program manager salaries on levels.fyi- the RSU range was around 160k and sign on of even 70k for this level
Probably a good offer for supply chain. You can't compare salaries to SWEs even at the same company.
