Multiple H1B Transfer Requests
Can anyone with below experience shed some light please? If am moving a consultancy, H1B transfer request is initiated. Now, let’s just say I got full time job. How does the H1B transfer works in this scenario?
You can move whenever you want. No one can stop you. Think of a consultancy as company. That's how it is projected on paper. So it's just moving from one company to an other company. Since consultancy field is most Indians people are not really ethical or professional. So do it secretly!! Good luck 👍

If you accept the new job offer. Then the new employer will file h1b transfer and once it gets approved you can join. For consultants I would suggest you to join after the h1b transfer completely happens. For full timers it's should be pretty standard to join with h1b transfer receipt.
Similar to how it works for moving between consultancies
Should the person move only after first request has been approved? Or we can move after 2 pay checks? Sorry am unaware of that process
Yes you can have 3 paychecks.
